Meet Pastor Daniel Carmona
Director of Hearts and Hands Drama Ministry
Daniel Carmona is a servant of Jesus Christ, His personal Lord and Savior.
He longs to share the story of Jesus to a dying world. He wants you to know right away that His Best Friend "The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life only to take it up again." from the grave and anybody who can do that is worth following anywhere!
He has served in Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry, Adventurer Ministry, as Elder, Teacher, Principal of a Seventh-day Adventist School, School Psychologist, and Drama Team Director. Of all the positions he has been called to serve, serving his family has been Pastor Carmona's greatest. He is married to the lovely Dana Carmona. They renewed their wedding vows in 2005. He says, if you see him smiling, it's because he is on an extended honeymoon! He will tell you that after meeting the Lord, meeting Dana 18 years ago was the best meeting he's ever been to in his entire life. Anyone who knows them, knows that together, they are a Dynamic-Duo Ministry Team for the Lord. They've done lots together. They have done seminars together, they went to the same classes together, they had identical majors in college together, they twice graduated from Andrews together, . they have even had children together. The Carmonas have three beautiful girls - - Keila, 15, Raquel, 12 and Victoria 9.
Currently, Pastor Carmona is serving as the Associate Pastor for Youth Ministry at Highland Ave. SDA Church in Benton Harbor, MI. He is also attending the Andrews University Theological Seminary where he is completing a Masters in Divinity. His favorite Bible verse is Galatians 2:20.
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
