A Jim Rohn Review: Learning From the Best
As entrepreneurs, we know that we have to learn from the best in order for us to succeed at what we do. I am an entrepreneur and the past year wasn’t that good for my business. With the global economic recession, my sales were down by 50 percent. Because of this, I sought for help from the best entrepreneurs in the country.
Today, there are so many entrepreneur gurus that claim to provide the knowledge and wisdom in order for their fellow entrepreneurs to become successful despite the economic crisis that has been going on in this country for the past few years.
During my search, I came across Jim Rohn. Thanks to him, my business survived and it was even booming. Along with other entrepreneurs, he gave us advice on how to run a business during times of financial crisis.
At first, I was really skeptical as to how Jim Rohn can help us succeed in our business given the situation of the economy. But, after hearing him speak and also after reading his books, it occurred to me that there are several ways on how my business can work and succeed in today’s economy.
So, how can Jim Rohn help you out in achieving success in your business?
For starters, you may want to start by knowing about the man.
Jim Rohn was born to an Idaho farming family. He began his early adulthood without acclaim and after leaving college after his first year, he started a family and tried to get by as best as he could as an employee.
By the age of 25, Jim was in a financial and personal rut that was familiar to many middle class families who were also in debt. He was unable to see a way to achieve his personal ambitions. But, at around this time, he was introduced to a man named John Earl Shoaff, who was an entrepreneur and impressed Rohn with his wealth and accomplishments in the business world. He had charisma and also life philosophy.
Jim Rohn then decided to join Shoaff’s direct sales organization and this was the time where he began a process of personal development that made him a millionaire by the age of 31.
After the years that followed, Rohn soon found out that there is a demand from people outside his industry that is seeking to hear his rags to riches story as well as his personal development philosophy that led to his accomplishments. Up to this day, Rohn is still continuing to present his seminars and has helped countless entrepreneurs Like You and me to achieve success through his philosophies.
I consider myself as a student of Jim Rohn and I find that he is one of the most articulate, powerful, and thought provoking speakers I have ever met. He has this unique deliver, which is really what makes him so popular and also one of the most sought after motivational speakers today.
